I’m Kyle, and I do weird and wonderful stuff that works really well.

A copywriter by trade, my decade of experience in the advertising industry has lead me to challenging and exciting roles as creative director, brand building specialist, innovation marketer, and creative strategist in Nairobi Kenya.

After running the creative department at a specialist agency in Nairobi, I went freelance and started working on building brands and creative + marketing strategies and overarching big ideas for startups and NGOs.

Some of my favourite career moments:

• Creating an advertising campaign for dogs. (Not to sell dogs... to sell TO dogs.)

• Positioning a yoghurt as if its a fashion brand. (That worked waaaay better than expected.)

• Trying to get a struggling local car manufacturer to get people to steal their cars.
